• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must provide accurate and complete information in your application, including your PayPal-linked email for payment.
• Hiemal32 reserves the right to approve or decline applications at its sole discretion.
• Athlete status is selective and based on brand alignment, not solely audience size.

Hiemal32 Athletes represent the brand’s ethos of resilience, adventure, and progress through challenge.

Selection is based on alignment, authenticity, and consistency of content. We value creators who genuinely live performance and the outdoors.

Hiemal32 may review athlete participation periodically to ensure continued alignment.

Athletes may be provided with one or more of the following at Hiemal32’s discretion:

• Amazon Attribution links
• Shopify affiliate links
• TikTok Shop affiliate access
• Private campaign links

Commissions are credited only on qualifying sales tracked through official Hiemal32-issued links.

Links are unique to each athlete and may not be transferred, altered, or shared with other creators.

Athletes must represent Hiemal32 honestly and responsibly.

All promotional content must comply with platform rules and advertising regulations, including appropriate disclosure that you may earn commission.

The following are prohibited:

• Spam or misleading claims
• Paid ads on Hiemal32 brand terms without written approval
• Misuse or alteration of brand assets
• Content that harms the reputation of Hiemal32
  

Hiemal32 may request removal of content that does not align with brand standards.

• Standard commission starts from 15% of qualifying sales and may increase based on performance, campaign structure, or platform.
• Private commission campaigns may be offered to select athletes.
• Additional rewards may include milestone incentives such as Garmin watches, GoPro cameras, early access product drops, or other performance-based rewards as per our Win Prizes process.
  

Commissions are calculated monthly based on platform reporting data.

Payments are issued via PayPal by the 15th of the following month.

Athletes are responsible for ensuring their PayPal-linked email is accurate.

Refunded, cancelled, or fraudulent transactions are not eligible for commission.

You may leave the Athlete Team at any time via written notice.

Hiemal32 may remove an athlete at any time, with or without cause.

Breach of these Terms may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

Upon termination, all affiliate links and promotional use of brand assets must cease.

Athletes are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use Hiemal32 logos, product images, and promotional materials solely for promoting Hiemal32.

Brand assets may not be altered or used in a way that damages brand reputation.

By participating in the Hiemal32 Athlete Team, you grant Hiemal32 a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, repost, reproduce, and distribute content featuring Hiemal32 products for marketing and promotional purposes.

This may include use across social media, website, email marketing, and paid advertising.

You retain ownership of your content, and credit will be provided where reasonably possible.

Hiemal32 makes no guarantees regarding sales volume, income, or campaign performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hiemal32 is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from participation.

Hiemal32 may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

By applying to and participating in the Hiemal32 Athlete Team, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
