- Own a Hiemal32 PlungePro
- Follow at least one of our social media profiles
- Send us at a series of 3 or more videos of you plunging into cold water (with or without ice) in your PlungePro, each one with a longer plunge time than the last
- Agree to give us permission to share your videos
- Follow the 'Start this Challenge' link at the bottom of this page
