• Hiemal32 reserves the right to approve or decline applications at its sole discretion.

• Qualifying sales must be tracked using the Amazon Attribution links provided to you by Hiemal32.
• Links are unique to each affiliate and may not be transferred, shared, or altered.
• Commissions are only credited on qualifying sales tracked through these links.

• Affiliates are chosen based on alignment with the Hiemal32 ethos of resilience, adventure, and inspiration.
• Audience reach and engagement are reviewed during the application process, but there is no minimum follower requirement.
• Authenticity, creativity, and quality of content are considered more important than numbers alone.

• Affiliates are expected to represent Hiemal32 honestly and responsibly.
• All promotional content must comply with platform rules and applicable advertising standards, including FTC disclosure requirements (e.g. stating you may earn a commission).
• Affiliates may not use spam, misleading claims, or paid advertising on Hiemal32 brand terms.
• Use of Hiemal32 branding and assets must follow the provided brand guidelines.

• Standard commission is 20% of qualifying sales tracked through your attribution links.
• Private commission rates may be offered to top-performing affiliates at Hiemal32’s discretion.
• Commissions are calculated monthly, based on data from Amazon Seller Central.
• Payments are made via PayPal by the 15th of the following month.
• Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate PayPal details. Hiemal32 is not liable for failed payments due to incorrect information.
• Sales that are refunded, cancelled, or flagged as fraudulent are not eligible for commission.

• You may leave the Program at any time by written notice (including email).
• Hiemal32 may terminate participation at any time, with or without cause.
• Any breach of these Terms may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
• Upon termination, all affiliate links will be deactivated and should be removed from your platforms.

• Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use Hiemal32 product images, logos, and promotional materials for the sole purpose of promoting Hiemal32.
• Brand assets may not be altered or misused in a way that harms the reputation of Hiemal32.

• By participating in the Program, you grant Hiemal32 a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, repost, and share any content you create that features Hiemal32 products or brand assets, for marketing and promotional purposes.
• This includes, but is not limited to, reposting on Hiemal32’s social media channels, website, email newsletters, and paid advertising.
• You retain ownership of your content, and credit will be given where reasonably possible.

• Hiemal32 makes no guarantees regarding the level of sales, income, or performance of affiliate links.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hiemal32 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.

• Hiemal32 may update or amend these Terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes. Continued participation in the Program after changes take effect will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
