• Own and use a genuine Hiemal32 product
• Have a public Instagram account
• Comply with Instagram’s terms of service
• Follow the participation steps outlined on the official Win Prizes page

1. Capture yourself actively using a Hiemal32 product outdoors.
   
2. Post the content on your public Instagram account & invite @Hiemal32 as a collaborator on the post.
   
3. Follow @Hiemal32 on Instagram.
   

An entry is created only once Hiemal32 accepts the collaboration request.

Each accepted collaboration post counts as one entry.

Participants may post multiple times. Each accepted collaboration post will count as a separate entry into both the monthly prize draw and the current seasonal Grand Prize draw.

Important:

• Tagging @Hiemal32 alone does not qualify — a collaboration invitation must be sent and accepted.
  
• Posts must show genuine outdoor use of a Hiemal32 product.
  
• Product-only photos, low-effort submissions, or unrelated content may be declined.
  
• If a collaboration post is deleted, the associated entry will also be removed.

Hiemal32 operates two types of prize draws:

Monthly Gear Giveaways

Each accepted collaboration post is automatically entered into the monthly Hiemal32 gear giveaway for the month in which the post was accepted.

Monthly winners may receive Hiemal32 gear, exclusive products, or other brand rewards.

Seasonal Grand Prize Draws

Hiemal32 operates two seasonal Grand Prize draws per year:

Grind Season

1 September – 28/29 February

Winner selected on or around 1 March.

Rise Season

1 March – 31 August

Winner selected on or around 1 September.

Each accepted collaboration post during a season counts as one entry into that season’s Grand Prize draw.

Entries do not carry over between seasons.

Hiemal32 selects winners for both monthly giveaways and seasonal Grand Prizes.

Monthly giveaway winners are typically selected at the end of each calendar month.

Seasonal Grand Prize winners are selected at the conclusion of each season.

Winners are chosen by the Hiemal32 team based on factors including:

• Authentic use of Hiemal32 gear
  
• Quality and originality of content
  
• Consistency of participation
  
• Alignment with the spirit of movement and the brand
  

Hiemal32 reserves full discretion in the selection process.

Winners will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message.

Participants must respond within 7 days to claim their prize. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture.

Artificial engagement is strictly prohibited.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Automated engagement tools
• Fake or bot accounts

Hiemal32 reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of artificially creating content.

All decisions regarding engagement validity are final.

Hiemal32 reserves the right to accept or decline collaboration invitations.

Posts may be declined if they:

• Do not clearly feature a Hiemal32 product in use
  
• Appear repetitive or low effort
  
• Contain offensive or inappropriate material
  
• Conflict with the values of the brand
  

Only accepted collaboration posts count as entries.

Prizes will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the participant after confirmation.

Participants are responsible for:

• Providing an accurate and complete delivery address
• Ensuring they are available to receive the parcel
  

Hiemal32 is not responsible for:

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
• Failed delivery attempts
• Unclaimed parcels
• Customs duties, import taxes, or local charges (if applicable)
  

If a prize is returned due to non-delivery or incorrect address, Hiemal32 may, at its discretion, reattempt delivery. Additional shipping costs may apply.

Delivery timeframes vary depending on region. Typical dispatch occurs within 14 business days of prize confirmation.

International delivery times may vary and are not guaranteed.

Some prizes may not be available in all regions.

If a listed prize cannot be shipped to a participant’s location, Hiemal32 will offer an equivalent alternative of similar value.

By inviting @Hiemal32 as a collaborator, participants acknowledge that the post may appear on the Hiemal32 Instagram profile.

Hiemal32 reserves the right to decline collaboration requests if content:

• Is offensive or inappropriate
• Does not clearly feature a Hiemal32 product
• Conflicts with brand values
  

Participation may be revoked in cases of misconduct or behaviour that harms the brand.

Hiemal32 is not responsible for:

• Technical issues on Instagram
• Platform outages
• Loss of engagement due to Instagram algorithm changes
• Third-party platform restrictions
  

Instagram is not associated with, sponsoring, or administering this promotion.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

Hiemal32 reserves the right to remove entries that violate these terms or that attempt to manipulate the promotion.

If participants voluntarily provide their email address or personal information, data will be processed in accordance with the Hiemal32 Privacy Policy.

Personal information will not be sold to third parties.

Hiemal32 reserves the right to:

• Modify prize tiers
• Adjust engagement thresholds
• Pause or terminate the prize system
